Don’t bother to visit CalCity Urgent Care next time you need medical care. They only have providers for walk-in’s two days a week and on those days, the provider leaves early. What’s the point of having an Urgent Care if they can’t provide care to patients!!! Unbelievable!!
I had a wonderful experience at California City Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The facility itself is spotless and well-maintained, which immediately gave me peace of mind. What really stood out is how much effort they put into making kids feel comfortable. Why doesn’t your office ever answer their phone? Called multiple times only for it to go to voicemail. If your staff can’t answer a phone hire an answering service who might want to work.
