I had a rock chip that was starting to spread. They repaired it quickly and prevented further damage.
Justin and Drew were very helpful on a Sunday morning after our car was broken into and my dad’s road bike stolen. Unfortunately, the part was not in their inventory and they offered to service first thing Monday. We had to get back home from out of state and had to leave. After going back and forth a couple times, we decided to tape it up and drive. Both Justin and Drew were helpful in providing tips to tape up the broken window. Spoke with the owner on pricing for windshield replacement. Asked for a company invoice and written warranty, which I was promised. When the repair tech showed up, he was not a Cal Auto Glass employee, but a third party out of Tijuana. Does not make sense to pay top dollar to a US company that doesn’t write down what they say, to get second rate work from an uninsured provider.
