I couldn't live without my acrylics, they are by far my favorite decorating tool. If I were on Cuthroat Kitchen making a cake ( for some reason �) I'd have to have my acrylics. I'm all about precision and the acrylics deliver that. My cake safe, oh that cake safe is fantabulous. Transporting wedding cakes is a dream! I couldn't operate without it.

It took me a long time to use my Cake Safe, I was afraid to plunge my decorated cake with the rod. My fear was it would ruin my cake right before delivery-----so I kept it in the closet! I met Julie in Miami at th So. Florida Cake show and told her of my fears, she assured me nothing would happen to the cake. She even offered that I call her when it came time to "take the plunge". Owning a CakeSafe has been a total life saver. It's taken so much stress out of delivering cakes! I can't imagine ever going back to delivering cakes without one. It's worth every penny to have the piece of mind that it gives me. CakeSafe is one of the best products available. I have 2, and I use at least one of them every week. It's easy to put together and doesn't take up much room when disassembled. It has definitely taken a lot of the stress out of wedding cake deliveries!
