Due to an event in town that night I waited over 20 minutes to be able to enter the store to get some cupcakes. No big deal, I saw that there was a line and chose to wait however once inside the store, the people behind us asked for a fudge sample. The woman behind the counter proceeded to take their order and help them for over five minutes while I was standing in line ahead of them.
