Impressive from the moment you walk in.
Ordered 8 sets of 12 cookies for an event, with estimated delivery of 2 weeks. Not only did cookies arrive 3 weeks late (taking 5 weeks total), Clau was extremely slow to respond or unresponsive (her initial excuse was she was busy with other orders and towards the end, she just gave up on responding). By the time they arrived, the cookies were damaged and icing was unusable. Horrible experience. Please order from someone else who is more reliable.
