I have been before & had a great time. We live an hour away so I called to make sure we could make the open time. I was told to come & we wouldn't have a problem. I get there, wait 10 minutes for the girl to come out from the back. Tell her we are there to make cakes. I was told it was to late, We could do cupcakes but that's all she had time for. Why the heck would you tell me to come just to be turned away at the door. Last time I was there I spent $120... You just lost my business... Not only for today but for good.

We loved everything about Cakes BY U and their awesome staff. Our daughter celebrated her 6th "Cake Boss" Birthday On April 2nd. It was everything she imagined and asked for . Thanks soooooo much Cakes By U.

We came as a group from the ladies of NewSpring Church-Simpsonville and had a great time.The owner was our instructor and was great.. He also gave us each a piece of the cake he decorated in class and it was delicious way better than a grossly sweet wedding cake. We took our cakes home in a box they supplied and also got tips on the proper care of the cake. I highly suggest you drop in and talk to them about all they have to offer.
The venue handles absolutely everything so that the parents can enjoy the party with their child. The staff complimented our daughter on her manners, and they spoke to each guest. All of our decorators had a blast. One of the best party venues we have ever used!
Lots of fun! My kids loved it! We participated in the gingerbread event and will come back for a birthday party! The venue is clean and unique. The people are very inviting and cool! Definitely a must try!
Loved the instructor and my cake. The cake we tasted at the end was awesome. Thanks for a wonderful time!
