All I can say is YUMMY!!!!!!!! The cupcakes were sooooo delicious and BEAUTIFUL! The service was professional, organized, and intentional. Shupan was responsive and exceeded my expectation! Will be purchasing again and you should TOO! You will not be disappointed!
Shupan made a German chocolate cake for my mom’s birthday. I reached out to her and she responded the same day. I also requested that she make the cake with the coconut pecan icing all over the cake instead of just on the top. She did not hesitate to accommodate this special request. She was very responsive to my emails. The cake was so delicious! Very moist and one of the best German chocolate cakes I have ever had. I definitely will use Shupan again.
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! I was in a pinch to get a cake and worried if it could be executed. But Shupan made the entire process seamless. I sent inspo pics and she nailed it. Communication was great the entire time, I never had difficulty getting in contact or going without updates on my order. I will definitely be trusting her with my future cake orders!
I was looking for a cake last minute for my husbands birthday. I did a google search and came across this page. I called her and she worked a miracle for me. Super sweet lady. The cake was sooooo delicious and every one loved it. My husband loved it. I will definitely be in touch for our families future birthdays! Thank you so much! I was extremely disappointed with this experience. The cake did not execute the vision we discussed in any way, which was especially frustrating given the very high price. In addition to being unattractive, the cake was not even level and was visibly leaning to one side—something I would not expect from a professional baker.
