Excellent – After several cake tastings for my daughter's wedding cake, a friend recommended Cakes by Mom and Me. Being from Collierville, we were reluctant to go all the way to West Memphis, AR for a tasting; however, my daughter was very particular about the taste of her wedding cake. Sweet Cakes...Sour Service – I met Pam and Lori at their home for a cake tasting when we were getting married. They were awesome and very customer friendly. We found a diamond in the rough when we found them! Our cake was absolutely gorgeous...so awesome that my wedding planner started using them exclusively...and she only does high end weddings! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My experience with this company cakes by mom and me has been the worst of a life time. I stayed on a waiting list for three months and finally when i was able to speak with someone lori the daughter was awesome she fit right in with my budget and i was pleased up until i received a confirmation email of what cake would be done for my sons bday party. Weloved our wedding cake! – We just ate the top tier of our wedding cake from a year ago. It wasn't dry like people told us it would be; it was just as delicious as it was on our wedding day! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!! – This was the worst experience I have every had with a bakery while trying to purchase a wedding cake. The mother was rude to my mother for asking a simple question. And the daughter gave me and my fiance a very nasty attitude while we were trying to pay our deposit on time.
