I have ordered a total of 3 cakes, just this year since January from Cakes by Karen, and one last year, I kept going back because the taste and quality was always as expected, so it was worth paying the 250 to 300 each time, I have to admit that this time was the first time I have been disappointed, the cake I spent 276 (to feed 50) and some change was YUCK, the "whipped" icing, which I paid an extra 15.00 was just YUCK, the picture of the cake I gave to them was I sheet cake not a layer cake which is what I thought I would ... read more
They always do a wonderful job on whatever i order never any issues! They just made this one for my son
Amazing cakes and wonderful service! This place is a gem. I really wish they partnered with Grubhub for delivery so I could get my fix more often without having to drive over. Highly recommend checking them out!
I just want to say thank you. After our cake debacle, Cakes by Karen came through just hours before the wedding. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done if they hadn’t taken that last-minute order. So again, thank you so much.
