My family and I have been coming here for years and they have always done an exceptional job. But the last two orders I’ve placed, I’ve been really disappointed. I recently purchased a cake from Cakes by Karen for my son's birthday, and I was absolutely disgusted with both the service and pricing. At $75, I expected something special, but what I got was a complete disappointment. The printed image on top looked cheap and unprofessional, and the writing was rushed, showing no real effort or attention to detail. We ordered a half sheet cake for my 16th birthday, the cake design and flavor turned out better than I expected. I definitely recommend this place!!!
