Horrible experience and they made my cake wrong! In addition, I cannot get a response back from anyone. Never again!

Placed an order after calling three days in a row. They finally returned my call and stated they would send a receipt to pay deposit. Never received it. Sent my dad to pick up the cake and he sends a picture of it and the cake says 55th not 65th now they aren’t answering the phone of course!!! Never again.

This was one of the worst customer service I have encountered. I was told she did not intent to honor the coupon I purchased "because I am not making any money off that coupon deal" she also stated she had baked all of the cupcakes she was going to make for the month so I was out of luck and I needed to contact Living Social and ask for a refund because she was done with it. I’m sorry you a bad experience with us. We do have promotion on Groupon. However we had exceeded our intake for the Groupon promotions. We were still able to honor so many promotions per month. Even though we had to turn some customers away. Yet, you are more than welcome to purchase cash products. We now have finally gotten thru to Groupon and made the necessary changes that were needed. I love this place. I have been ordering since Anastasia was selling cakes out of her home. I lost touch and now location is 5 minutes from my house. God sure loves me!!! Keep up the great work.
