Order a cupcakes for my daughter bday. Gave them a pic of what I wanted. Even paid early cause the book up in early May. The colors were not the right color or the happy Birthday wasn't in the right spot either. I express the colors wasn't right and they didn't tell me the colors would do right until I pick my order up. I feel someone should of called or emailed me back about my order but no they was just trying to make money. I wasn't happy at all and from this day forward I will NO longer do business with them. ����

This was my first time ever ordering a custom cake(besides my wedding cake). We get cupcakes from Cake Lady somewhat often, so I decided to give them a try for my daughter's birthday cake. I don't have a lot of free time, & they were able to handle everything-up until picking the cake up- over the phone. The girls were extremely helpful in determining exactly what I would need, and I feel the price was very reasonable for the product/artwork I received.
