The only reason I rate it poor is the customer service is terrible. I called to order a local delivery (i am from out of town, so thought this would be a perfect gift for my co-workers there in jupiter) and was told they were closed. I let the lady know I was just wondering if they do deliveries so I could call back the next day to place an order for a delivery (this was on a tuesday, i was not looking to get it delivered until that friday or monday - very simple order).
