I didn't order a cake from them thank God but a friend did and let me just say... "don't order from these people"!!!!! It's one special day you can't get back and these people don't care!!!
Best cakes I've ever seen. We've used the Cake Galley to make my families bday cakes now for a few years and will do so each and every year too. Each time we came to them with ideas and pics, they nailed it every single time!
Cake was not what was ordered. Our transport tried to refuse the cake and was told we would be charged weather we took it or not. Continually refuses to communicate with the bride about the issues with her cake. I get that mistakes happen, but own it. Take responsibility and show exceptional customer service. To prospective buyers: BEWARE. If your cake doesn't turn out how you want Cake Gallery will do absolutely nothing to make it right.
A HUGE THANK YOU to Tony and his crew! Being that I live in Texas and never had an "official" tasting due to time constraints ( I just bought small cakes to taste the day we visited), I never had any doubts with our cake! I immediately felt welcomed in the bakery and they definitely delivered! Everyone complimented you on the taste, texture, and design of the cake. It was absolutely delicious! I only wish I ordered a bigger one JUST so I could have more leftovers! Thank you again!
We ordered a Harry Potter/Gryffindor cake for my daughters 11th birthday. It was Fabulous!!!! Wish I could share a picture here!
