Cake Connection is the text-book example of a "mom n pop" business. Diane had a dream for many years of owning a cake and candy supply store... and she worked hard to realize that dream when she finally found a location she liked and took the plunge to open in 2007. They have an impressive selection of items from flavorings, pans, cake toppers and boxes. Very friendly staff. Drove from Marshall on a recommendation from Dawn Foods Master Baker Doug. We will visit again.
I was in there recently and my first time I was impressed..the young ladies there were so informative and helpful,,, I had to give them a plug on my Facebook,,,,I'll be back!!!
I love this store! I have learned so much from the demonstrations. Cake Connections has everything you need to create your candy making and Cakes. I think they have thought of everything!

Great place to shop if you're in the area. We live in Florida and were in Detroit on vacation. My wife made me drive her an hour and a half to Jackson. Well worth the trip. They had things we can't get in Florida.
Love this place! Ordered something less than a week before cake due date and got it 2 days later! My go-to place from now on for sure.
