Awful Customer Service I went to Cake Castle to buy a few items for a friends 30th birthday party coming up and was completely disappointed in their customer service. I had 2 different people help me and both were rude and short with me. It was like they had more important things to do than help me find what I was looking for. RecommendedCake Castle made my wedding cake and we received a complimentary anniversary cake a year later. Both cakes were phenomenal and we can’t wait for our next event to order again. Super friendly service, they were willing to work with us to match a tricky color.

I’ve had a lot of fondant the last several years and the fondant cake that we got for my son’s birthday from Cake Castle was by far the best. Their design is clean and beautiful and the cake is light and delicious, but the fondant is some of the best I’ve ever had. Sweet but not too sweet, just fantastic. We couldn’t be happier that we ordered our cake from them.
