I loved how friendly this young lady was! The cake was delicious and very neat, and her work space was clean.
Found hair in cake and instead of her taking accountability she called &said “i have a whole business where i bake at im not baking out of my house it’s your word against mine” WEIRD &to top it off it was a rush order which the fee it $75 so that’s what she refunded but originally only offered to give a credit for “next time”. She stated that she don’t do refunds no matter the situation and being that she did “extra” which took time from her family she doesn’t feel entitled to give a refund.
