Their customer service is awful, and their packs of mini muffin papers come with quite a bit of them cut in half.

I placed an order 9 days ago for some fondant for my wedding cake and i called the company to see why i had not received my product as yet only to find out that it was discontinued. The lady explained that they tried to call me but couldn't leave a message because the mail box was full. So why didn't they send an email? I got an email confirming my order after i placed it NOT a phone call! And if that wasn't bad enough i have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back. I have lost 3 weeks in total over this non sense ... read more
