This Cajun market has a wide variety of Cajun meat specialities. The woman working there I spoke with was very nice. I purchased a boneless seafood stuffed chicken and some Cajun sausage. The Cajun sausage is pretty average, not bad but nothing to write home about. The stuffed chicken was flavorless and dry and the seafood and rice stuffing is unappetizing.
