Great people. I had a problem with my ignition on the way home from Texas. They sent a trailer for me (37 miles each way). Was a simple 5 minute fix but it was after service closed. The tech stayed over to wait for me. Quickly realigned the ignition and got me on the road. Total charge. $0 That's customer service!
Offer a lot of things but don't follow through on promises
first time dealing with Cajun and not pleased. Brought bike in for starter dragging and while there decided to have a 10,000 mile maintenance done. I was told maybe 3 hours. I had made an appointment for 8 in the morning, was there at 8 sharp. I was called the next day at 9:30 A.M. and told the bike was ready. When I asked what was wrong with the starter was told chouldn't find anything wrong and they recommended I change the battery. Recently I purchased a 2007 Ultra Glide Classic from them. Not only did I get the best price on the bike I wanted Scott also got me a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty on my Ultra! From Scott in sales to Michael in great service! The only Harley Davidson Dealer I will do business with!
