RecommendedMy husband and I had the best experience at Cajun HD. We stopped for a part for our HD and left with owning a new Tri-Glide. The 3 wheeler is a much better fit for us now and we love it. Thanks to Caleb and all the staff for making our dream come true.
Had a 10am appointment to get a HD recall done. Told it would take about 1 1/2 hour to complete. At the 1 1/2 hour mark bike was not even on the lift. At the 4 plus hour mark the recall was complete.
Went to trade my bike in today. Had one of the worst experiences there. These people will not go above and beyond to get you on the bike you want. I was so dissatisfied with Cajun Harley Davidson, I will not return for parts or service ever again. Customers pay your salaries. The business needs to pay more attention to the customers needs and wants instead of everything else. Feeling very fed up and finished with a bad decision to deal with Cajun.
