I really liked this car wash and it used to be my favorite place to go. I had never experienced any issues here prior to August 14th. On August 14th, I brought my vehicle in to be washed. While my vehicle was going through the wash, I heard something hit the car. Afterward, I noticed scratches on the door. I immediately brought the issue to the attention of two employees working that day. I was told that the video footage could be reviewed and that I would receive a call the next business day to further discuss the situation... read more
