RecommendedI had lunch at Cajun Catfish today and it was delicious. The service was wonderful, they were very friendly and quick. The food was hot and cooked to order.
Some of the best food in JC, MO! Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to decide what to have for lunch or dinner. New owner has done an excellent job with the new location on the East side of JC. Go try it!
What a pleasant and great place to eat! My family has gone there several times and every time it’s been a great experience. The servers are friendly and the owner has stopped by our table every time which is something we love to see. The food is excellent and unique. We recommend this place to anyone wanting great food and a great experience!

The catfish has a muddy flavor. I didn’t care for it. No one in my family of 4 finished it, we ended up throwing it out.

Tried the new location for the first time. Not much better than old location. They werent that busy but it took 45 minutes to get our food for a group of 3. That is insane and not a single "sorry it took so long". The food was just okay.. but not for its price. The corn on the cob was just inedible. The cornbread was refrigerator cold. Small portions! I dont eat much at all and never clean a playe anywhere I go but i did here. And use some CAJUN seasoning! Or something. A little bit of effort into your food to make it unique... read more
