Worst company ever!!! Charged my elderly parents full price over $5,000.00 for a brand new air conditioning unit that never worked properly only to find out that the air conditioning unit was used and refurbished and had countless number of holes in the coils.. thats why it never properly worked. Froze up all the time and they would come out and charge full service, parts and labor charges every time.. the air conditioning unit is supposed to be under full warranty 10 years.. unit is less than 2 years old..
