The staff was very friendly and helpful. Caitlin was very knowledgeable and willing to respond to all my questions. She seemed to care about my issues and made helpful suggestions. I will follow her advice and be back for my follow up. I was disappointed in the wait to be seen, however. The staff kept apologizing for the wait and was glad to see they were concerned.
