We had a double escrow with Constance Kamsler. She was extremely unethical in her work with us. She didn't show up for showings,pictures and she listed our house for 12 million when it sold for 1.3 million. She put a 17 year house in escrow for 30 days when I asked for 2 months. I ended up in ER from my hands splitting because I could barely make the time-line. She negotiated for the buyer's but not the ones who hired her. Beware of Marge Young as she just sold a house in Tarzana to a Rehab facility. The handling of this sale is unconscionable and has left all of us surrounding neighbors stressing about our safety about having what can only be compared to a hotel / medical facility arriving on a once peaceful cul-del-sac. Marge and all involved in this sale should be ashamed of themselves for their involvement in this.
