I have been a patient of CRNP Caitlin Averill from the beginning of her time at Mercy Personal Physicians in Reisterstown. It's been at least several years. In every session with her since then I have been really impressed with the scope of her medical knowledge and the amount of care and attention she shows. I have been seeing Caitlin for several years and she continues to provide excellent care with compassion and understanding. This was particularly evidenced in my most recent call and visit of today. I was experiencing a medical problem and reached out to Caitlin on Thursday of the upcoming Memorial Day weekend. Caitlin is one of the best medical professionals I’ve ever had and the main reason that, even after moving 2 hours away, I continue to go to Mercy Personal Physicians in Reisterstown for primary care. Caitlin is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She also communicates well and in a timely manner. I have been seeing her for 8 years and I have never been anything but completely satisfied with her services. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!
She was covering for my doctor, who is out of town. She waited until 30mins before my appointment with her to have her admin call to tell me that she wouldn’t meet with me to give me my need prescription refill. They had no good answer as to why there were putting my health in danger other than to say it’s not her protocol to give refills to other providers’ patients. Then why cover for the other doctor at all unless it’s just to be able to bill.
