Caitlin has been an amazing primary care giver for me and my husband for many years. She is patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. She gives us options when discussing ways to approach an issue. I have been seeing Caitlin for several years and she continues to provide excellent care with compassion and understanding. This was particularly evidenced in my most recent call and visit of today. I was experiencing a medical problem and reached out to Caitlin on Thursday of the upcoming Memorial Day weekend. Caitlin is one of the best medical professionals I’ve ever had and the main reason that, even after moving 2 hours away, I continue to go to Mercy Personal Physicians in Reisterstown for primary care. Caitlin is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She also communicates well and in a timely manner. I have been seeing her for 8 years and I have never been anything but completely satisfied with her services. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!
