The machine just stole by credit card that will take weeks to replace.. I was supposed to feed my family
Never less than 15-20 mins when entering to see a teller for a 2 minute transaction. I don't think they understand members rely on their lunchtimes to perform their banking needs, so walking in to a line of 5/6 members and one teller is unacceptable. Manager should be filling in the empty spot during lunches to ensure all are served in a reasonable amount of time. Wouldn't have to see a Teller is their ATMs actually worked as well, often forced to enter and wait. Please ensure you are fully staffed to serve your paying membe... read more
