This location has no tellers and no other location in Aurora has an open bank. There are 2 financial advisors but by appt only. It's a locked door inside the main entrance of the head office. Security said I could just knock but of course doing so only caused the staff member to open the door (after 4 or 5 knocks) with a surly manner. Eventually got service once tempers dropped.
