This office is great. I love Teal . But Robin the nurse is horrible. Always so rude. Exhibits destain and rude behavior. Just over all unprofessional and snotty. She's in the wrong business. Normally I have no complaints except for having to deal with her. Normally I can tolerate her, but today I was in excruciating pain and she just made it worse with her Kurt responses and sarcastic questions. It's no way to be treated when you really need help and are there for treatment to be treated in this way is reprehensible.
Absolutely horrible, the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. During a call I was hung up on and just had to sit there and cry. Also what doctors office makes you reschedule 3 months out FOR AN EMERGENCY CHECKUP when you called to say you were going to be 10 mins late due to those said health issues… I called again too and received the same treatment.
