We chose CairnsCraft Design & Remodel for our old fireplace replacement, which included a floor to ceiling modern stone fireplace surround and installation of a linear realistic electric fire. BEWARE!!! I hired this firm to provide a kitchen remodel from design to execution and it was a horror story to say the least. From multiple measuring errors in the designs, to numerous visible damages, this firm is not competent and arrogant. They use a sub contractor named Kaizen Built Inc who should be best known for attempting to repair new items that Kaizen damages. We chose CairnsCraft to renovate our living room and patio, adding large windows and cantina doors. The whole process was very smooth. Planning, design, and construction were handled well. Communication was wonderful as well. We enjoyed working with them
