If I could give less than 1 star I would! DO NOT USE THEM! Worst service I’ve seen! They Lost my car and didn’t contact me for 2 weeks!!!!! Had to wait almost a week to collect my spare key!!! Unbelievable! Worst place in Cairns!

The owner went completely out of his way to help me I know for a fact they are honest people They are not dodgy they try to help everyone ,in the floods 2023 I saw people take advantage of them stealing property when the owner just shook his head and smiled never loosing his manners ,I read horrible comments here and am shocked ,because I was with them for many years and the owner is extremely honest and helpful
Great service, had the ground level unit type i needed so i could drive right up to it. I got it for cheaper rate than elsewhere also. Bonus ! Both helped me out & was happy with it all, so recommend if looking for storage. Thanks !
