Checked in at 0400 in the morning. Was extremely tired at the time, we just needed a shower and sleep. By the morning when the sun was up, we noticed mould over the roof, locks that weren’t secured, we had to request fresh linen each morning. Our room weren’t cleaned once during our stay, linen wasn’t changed once during our 3 day stay. The housekeeping never existed. I highly recommend YOU NEVER STAY AT THE CAIRNS SHERIDAN.
