The room was okay; the air con & ceiling fan were ideal for sleeping well at night
AVOID AT ALL COSTS — THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. This is by far the most disgraceful and negligent management I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They deliberately ignore phone calls, emails, and any attempt at communication. I was overcharged on rent, and despite multiple promises of a refund, they blatantly ghosted me — no replies for months. Carol, the so-called landlord, is BEYOND incompetent. Beautiful, clean and tidy place! Very helpful and kind staff I was mainly looking for a safe and well maintained place, was quite in a hurry, and Cairns Sharehouse gave me that and lots more! Fully furnished and comfortable, with nice and big shared areas. I'm very thankful to the staff for giving me such a lovely experience. Totally recommend Thank you!
An excellent place for backpackers to stay in Cairns. Nice rooms, pool and it's near the heart of the city.
