When we met Sean, he came across as knowledgeable and professional which resulted in giving the job to his company Cairns Roofing. The workers were nice however, they did not let us know they ran out of roofing shingles until we discovered it a couple of days later. Sean sent back one of the workers to complete the job and also to replace a couple of the new shingles that had a tear in them. We also discovered 2 roofing nails that were exposed to the elements. Some how my roof got worser every visit we had from this company
We have had issues for several years with our previous roof. Sean has come out when we could not get help from our original roofer. This past winter we had major issues and it was time to get rid of the old roof. I reached out to Sean and he came out immediately and on several occasions after that to make sure the roof that we were getting and the venting was correct for our roof type (mansard roof).
