We have had issues for several years with our previous roof. Sean has come out when we could not get help from our original roofer. This past winter we had major issues and it was time to get rid of the old roof. I reached out to Sean and he came out immediately and on several occasions after that to make sure the roof that we were getting and the venting was correct for our roof type (mansard roof). I have dealt with Cairns roofing twice now and both this year. First point of contact was a phone call to Sean one afternoon in late Dec 24. Sean ( owner) came out to assess the first job the very next day of finding out what was causing the leak in my roof. He was very professional , pleasant, polite, thorough and explained everything to me. The owner, Sean, is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He came with the crew to talk over the job on the first day. His crew, led by Cody, were wonderful!! They were hard workers, very helpful and knowledgeable too, and were diligent to clean up the job site every day. I would use them again, and highly recommend!!
