CPO managed the property I rented for 8 years. The property managers during that time were fine up until the last year when Margaret Charnley took over management. I found her to be rude and arrogant. I was threatened with breaches over minor cleaning issues. During a recent inspection, my upright stove was pulled out from the wall and I was instructed to clean the wall and floor underneath it.
