Great, professional, clean and friendly. Although without insurance it's expensive to go private, and not much quicker, if at all.
I had an inguinal hernia operation .The procedure was complex and required an open repair.The doctors ,nurses and anaesthetists made it seem so seamless.The hospital staff made me feel so comfortable during the whole stay.My sincere thanks to all the hospital staff and Dr Chiam and Tom Walker and assistant Catherine Cartwright for all the professional assistance ..Highly recommend…lovely rooms as well.
My son had his day surgery performed, great nurses, wardens, doctors. My son felt safe and I felt comfortable. Very happy with the service

After my stay in Cairns Private Hospital I cancelled my Private Cover. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. It was not care, it was straight out NEGLECT. The food came from the Public Hospital with a note stating the Private Hospitals kitchen was closed for renovations and the food was so cold and soggy it was unbeatable, for 8 days I lived on 1 bowl of cereal and 2 crappy sandwiches as my total daily food intake. 18hrs after surgery I woke to the worst pain I have ever felt in my life, I was left for 4hrs screami... read more
