I've visited Dr. Cairns many times and undergone a number of procedures. Here's my opinion: he is a superb practitioner; a well-trained, skilled physician who cares deeply about his patients. Regarding his staff: I've seen Nicole (nurse practitioner) most often; she is thorough and compassionate; her follow-though has always been timely and complete.

The visits last only minutes, the follow up is done by Nurse practitioner. No details are given before spinal injections which are totally useless. I did not get any relief for my backache after several injections. No explanation is given about poor result of the treatment
I have been a patient of Dr Cairns for several years, and am completely satisfied with his treatments AND staff. I have shoulder, neck and back problems from my 25 years as a Rescue Lt with the City of Hialeah. My pain is well managed, and, as someone "in the business"highly recommend this entire practice.
Dr. Cairnes is an excellent physician. However, the woman who scheduled his visits is rude and unprofessional. I saw him anyways and was quite pleased with his knowledge and expertise. I guess sometimes in order to see a good doctor you have to put up with the rudeness of his staff. It’s a shame the office manager doesn’t do something about it.
Dr. Cairns treated Mom for a collapsed vertebrae due to her osteoporosis. He did a 20 minute "cement job" procedure and cured her of pain. His bedside manner is so caring and I am grateful for his expertise. Linda Bird
I went to 3 doctors and lived with pain for 5 years until I saw Dr. Cairns and he eliminated ALL OF MY PAIN after just one procedure that I had done over 3 months ago. I had lost hope. I owe this doctor my life.
I DID NOT GET TO FINISH . THE FIRST NUEROSTIMULATER BROKE AFTER 1 MONTH. HE PUT IN ANOTHER 1 . BOTH CAUSED ME RT TESTICULAR PAIN. I HAD TO GET THEM REMOVED IN 2014. THEN I GOT SUED FOR 50,000 DOLLARS. I BEEN PAYING THAT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTER MISLED ME, MAYBE NOT ON PURPOSE BUT SHEER INCOMPETENCE.
After seeing Dr.. Cairns for a few tests, he was able to correctly diagnose the cause of my lower back/hip issues, and to address them quickly with non-invasive procedures. I have been suffering from lower back/ pain. for over two years, and after seeing other Osteopaths and Chiropractors, he was the only Doctor to give me immediate pain relief, without the use of drugs;. In addition he is a very kind and caring physician. I highly recommend Dr. Cairns..
