This company is terrible. My parents booked them to fix their air con that wasn't cooling. The 1st time a worker came out and did a quick regas saying that's all that was wrong to me. I was there. It wasn't. A total of 10 minutes where he rushed because it was late in the day. 4pm. They then charged $150 for this service! Had to get them back out to fix properly which he then said it's a major blockage and this cost an extra $220!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Extremely disappointed and wary now.

These guys know their stuff. Diagnosed and repaired in good time. Definitely recommend Evercool.

I have used Cairns Evercool twice and both times they have turned up on time, completed the work to a quality standard and left the work site in good condition. I would use them again, without hesitation.

Installer a friendly person. Standard rates. Receptionist/admin lady Tracey was hopeless. installer didn`t arrive for quote between times she gave, and they didnt call to say he would be late. I had to call afterwards. She didn`t apologise. Said she`d call me when he can next make it. She didn`t call me. He arrived at a time that wasn`t the best without warning. Get your act together.
