I broke a crown while travelling through Cairns - Dr Roy was able to fit me in & replace it during the next day - UNBELIEVABLE - he & his team were highly professional & friendly - highly recommend & thanks 👍 😀

I arrived for my appointment today after taking time off work to attend. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment had been cancelled because they had allegedly tried to call me to confirm it. However, I had no missed calls or voicemail messages. I understand mistakes can happen but what was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled.
