What a nightmare! Room was certainly not clean with rotten food left in the fridge. AC unit was incredibly mouldy which would have been a concern had the air conditioner actually worked. TV also did not work. Rooms are not secure with multiple people having the ability to access any room. Hall ways and fire escapes are littered with old broken furniture and other items like dirty clothes and belongings that appear to have been left by previous guests. I lived here for 10 months with my roommates, It's good for Work and Holiday visa maker like us. The owner is very kind, and he listened to me a lot when I reported or asked for something. The housemate is very kind and friendly but some new are bad, when I tell Wyatt he kicked them out if it true and if it in understandable reason. They have 26 rooms in the house. 2 Kitchen. One of the best places to start of learning life in cairns, close to Cairns central the biggest mall in town,the sharehouse has pretty much everything you want in a home setting,well managed by the owner and very friendly and accommodating neighbours,it the just the best

Nice location. Nice people. I was happy for own fridge in the room. Air con is good internet is fast. Roof is high and big windows so I could felt so open space I like those style. If I go back Cairns I would like to stay again. ワーホリで滞在中に利用しました。他のワーホリ向けのシェアハウスより少し値段は張りますが、ケアセン目の前で立地がとても便利だったり、日本人同士のシェアに比べてシェアメイトの干渉が少なく、自分の時間を大事にできたり、よかったです。かと言って寂しい思いをする程ではなく交流自体は普通にあります。気楽に過ごしたい人にはおすすめです。 お部屋は天井が高く窓も大きくて開放的でした。綺麗さは、汚いわけではないですが、日本のイメージだと戸惑うこともあるかもしれません、私は慣れているのでキッチンは使用前にアルコールティッシュで拭いていました。バストイレはごく普通です。
