I had such a perfect experience with Lovena Bridal. From the moment I walked in, I felt understood and so comfortable with Narelle. She picked out some beautiful dresses that were exactly my style, she gave me a lot of patience when revealing the dresses in front of the mirror, and shared such a professional opinion with each dress. I revisited to try a few more dresses with Chantelle which was also a perfect experience. I thank you ladies so much for so positively supporting my experience!! 10/10!! X
Narelle was amazing! She goes above and beyond to help you with your dream dress! I recently got my wedding dress from Lovena Bridal and it needed to be altered. The alterations were quite difficult. She was always open and honest with her advice and her prices are very fair for the amount of work done on my dress
I had the perfect bridal experience at Lovena Bridal studio. After a not so great experience elsewhere, I had 2 weeks left to my wedding day and no dress!! Narelle was so lovely and absolutely dedicated to finding the perfect dress for me. She listened, she was honest, she 100% knows her stuff! The professionalism and customer service is exceptional!! My experience was really amazing! Me and my parter we went to the bridal studio a week ago and I found friendly ladies and helpful . Chantelle was amazing with me and help me to find a perfect dress for me, very under budget. I really appreciate them.
We went to Lovena to look for a dress for my future sister in law. We had a pretty tight budget and didn't end up buying a dress but Narelle and Shantelle still gave us the time of day. They were super lovely and took fantastic care of us and were incredibly helpful! The customer service here is amazing and the dresses are beautiful.
