I made an appointment for 9.15 for a scuba dive medical and arrived, as requested 15 minutes early to complete paperwork-then I waited and waited and waited whilst the relevant medical practitioner called in patient after patient before eventually calling me in 2 hours later. No explanation, no apology or even apparent realisation of my appointment time. The receptionist didn't know what was going on after an hour and looked bemused by what he was doing but did not appear to do anything to bring my situation to his attention... read more
Dr. Moonah has always delivered an excellent service with my prescription and other consultations.
they gave me medicine that made it so hard for me to think, speak or do anything n i asked for medical weed for my trauma from injuries n they said if i can tell them why i need it, i can hav it or something like that. n now i healed myself n i can speak/think again n they only giv me medication that makes things worse. just shows they r deffinatly not there to help. n for some reason they're surprised i don't hav pain in my lungs or something wen i don't even smoke or drink n im in my early 20s
