this place is trash fr if you wanna feel like you in boot camp come here communication is terrible half the time nobody even knows what’s going on they keep you in high level care just to keep you in their housing so they can make more money off you the houses are cramped up and smell bad and the office is a whole mess you can’t even walk down the hallway without tripping over somebody we was even running out of food and instead of helping us they was asking for donations like how does that even make sense

I sent my brother here thinking he would finally get the help and housing support he desperately needed. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. After 30 days, he was still stuck in PHP and was told he couldn’t move forward just because he had his phone out in group one time. That made me feel like they care more about billing than about actual progress or care. I left a negative review earlier today or yesterday and it wasn’t meant for Cairn, It was meant for Oak Grove in Westerville, Ohio. Sorry for the mixup. I am going to this facility on Monday and I’ve only heard great things about it!
