I really hate to leave a bad review for a local company. I haven't done that before, so that goes to show how certain I feel about making sure others are prewarned about dealing with this company. We have a new home and our builder subbed out Cair. So we have two units with them. When one recently went out, we called them and from there, had an extremely difficult and drawn out process.
