I took my car to Caine’s in March 2019 after being involved in an accident. I endorsed the check from the insurance company. So, they were paid all but my deductible up front. According to Mr. Caine, there were some issues getting the parts. Ok. That was in April. I called every week or two to check in on my vehicle. Eventually, Mr. Caine stopped calling me back.
