Cain has had my insurance for the last 2 years. We hit a deer with our new car. Gave him a call that same day and the next day he was talking to my body shop man and made all the arrangements to get my car fixed. Not only did I get my car in the next day but the body shop had the parts on order. Cain did a Fantastic job and I would recommend him 1000%. I didn't have to do a thing. Give him a call!
There was a horrible letter left on my daughter's car that was stuck in the parking lot because she had a vehicle pull out in front of her she hit a curb and popped the tire. And this letter be told the owner and board don't care about my situation and they want my car towed and lpd called because you guys are falsely accusing us of dumping furniture and trash in your dumpster. Cain is lackluster as an agent. He forgot to set up my autopay, so I ended up being over charged. He called me apologizing and offered to send out a gift card. Here's the kicker, he never did. I had to call and ask him about it after nothing for 3 months and a price hike. Overpriced premiums mixed with bad service.
Cain was wonderful when helping me set up my policy. He took the times to explain things to me as I needed, worked hard for me to figure out a deal with my odd case, and maintained a polite, happy, and patient attitude throughout. I feel lucky to be one of his clients (:
Cain is the absolute best. He takes care of his clients. I am so grateful for his kind attitude, understanding and persistence. I will be sure to be with AMF insurance as long as Cain is there.
