Using my America Home Warranty, I requested service for my garage door and paid $125 for them to send Cain Home Repair to inspect the broken spring. Cain told me it was not covered under the warranty but since they had already come out, they would only charge me an additional $320 to fix it. This was April of 2021. This company is an absolute SCAM! They collaborate with home insurance providers to come up with bogus diagnoses that conveniently ensure your claim isn’t covered. I contacted American Home Shield about my 30-year-old garage door opener, which stopped working right in front of me. They sent out Cain Home Repair, who said the system needed to be replaced and promised to submit the recommendation to the insurance. Loved that he told me what the issue was;gave me some suggestions and worked with me on everything. I had to get everything replaced, however he worked with me when my warranty company failed and he did an excellent job! My garage works much more quietly and efficiently! I love it!
