Do not use for AC work. They have no idea, don't show up when they say the will. Came 3 times & 3 different Tech's and could not fix AC. Each time said it was a different thing wrong (Needs specialized thermostat to needs a fuse) and parts needed to be ordered. Was none of the things they said it was. Even called technical support on 2 different occasions in front of us!! Finally brought in a trusted HVAC company and it was up and running in 10 minutes. Exceptional experience from the inital call through to job completion. Cain technician arrived for an emergency AC repair late at night and within minutes. Will call them again
Cain Oil is AMAZING! I just moved to a new home and I needed an emergency hot water issue fixed - they were there in 20 minutes (lucky me!) and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. If it weren't for them I'd still be having issues - no one else could figure out the problem! We went through 5 other people trying to resolve this - THANK YOU CAIN OIL!! 5 STARS and a forever customer with me!
Beware, not reliable and costly. I had a heating system leak. Jonh was sending a boy to fix it. The boy fixed the leak by replacing a small piece of pipe. Also, due to the leak, he needed to replace Hydrostate, which cost Home Depot $200. So, for 1.5-hour work, $200 Hydrostate, and a piece of PVC, the total cost is about $1100. By the way, I asked for the price before they started, but they couldn't tell me.
