I just moved to the area and decided to try Cain Dental. I found them on my insurance's website as a listed provider. I called and they were able to get me in quickly, so I decided to see what it was like. I will defiantly NOT be returning. The office waiting area was dingy and very small. The receptionist was not very friendly, barely looked at me when she was talking. I left this office in tears. I've never experienced a more unprofessional and downright rude Dentist in my life. Not only did he manhandle my mouth with super shaky hands and stick his metal poker straight into the area I just specified was extremely painful and sensitive, he refused to diagnose why I was experiencing the pain on that side of my mouth. I have been going to Dr. TIM Cain for years. Although I admit he could be more gentle, I have never experienced lingering pain. He always goes out of his way to schedule me and my husband during our short windows of opportunity while visiting the U.S.
They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I'm in pain for over a yera now and going there has made me afraid to go to the dentist.

I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for MONTHS. I ended up needing a root canal after my last visit to that pricks office!!!! They didn't have a good reputation at all but i was new to the area and didnt know of any other dentists on the state insurance that i could go to in Janesville, finally herd of Dr. Flemming but they dont do root canals so i searched and searched and finally found a dentist in Milwaukee to fix Dr Cain's HORRIBLE job!!!! he is the WORST DENTIST EVER!
