I took my BMW X5 in to have them check a warning indicator light. They didn't initially call me back, so I called and was told that I had a "faulty alternator" and given a price of over $2200.00 to complete. They were charging nearly $1100.00 for the part alone.Having purchased parts for the vehicle in the past, and after doing some research,I knew this was exorbitant. I had the vehicle towed to another location and the service done for more than 800.00 less. Disappointed would definitely be an understatement!
Had a great experience working with Paul Sauvain on an out of state purchase of a CPO X7. Buying a car from a distance can be nerve inducing but Paul went above and beyond to answer all my questions and put any hesitations at ease.
