I brought my car In to have my driver's side mirror replaced. They have a great waiting room with plenty to of snacks and drinks to choose from. I like the video they send me on what they are doing to my car and I feel like I am there too 😌

I met with Kyle as few time and he was incredible with the entire process. I was unfamiliar with BMW and he spent a lot of time educating me and was very professional throughout the whole process and personable. I walked away spending a lot and feeling good about and he made sure what I spent that money on was a truly good fit for me and he nailed it.
I received a detailed explanation for the repeated battery failure on my 1998 Z3. It was recommended that I purchase a BMW battery tender, which is on order. I had asked to have the metal bracket that holds the battery in place to be reinstalled since I was unable to do that successfully. Much to my disappointment, it was not done.
