Despite being there with my vehicle at 7:30 am for an 8 am appointment they did not get started as expected. I was getting 4 new tires, and alignment and oil change. They had told me it should be done by 2pm and they would call. By 3:30 I had to call them as I hadn't heard anything. This is when I was told someone would call back. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a great deal on the car. I don’t think I could’ve got it without their help because it was a complicated deal.
Great experience buying my first BMW
Entire experience was super efficient and quick. Paul and Damien were both top notch and excellent to work with. I'd definitely consider getting another vehicle from BMW of North Canton in the future.
