Absolutely a wonderful first experience. I brought my BMW in for service, and everyone was so incredibly helpful and kind. They answered all of my questions with knowledge, professionalism, and no judgment! The waiting area was so clean and filled with lots of yummy snacks and drinks! They gave me a loaner, but ended up having my car done in just a few hours! We absolutely will be taking our car here from now on! The drive from Stow is worth it!
